She supports individuals in areas such as trauma processing, stress management, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, motivation, emotion regulation, and navigating different forms of burnout. Mandy strives to create a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful personal growth.
Outside of her professional life, Mandy enjoys staying active and connected to nature through kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, and travelling. She is also passionate about physical fitness and nutrition and values spending quality time with family and friends.
